We want to provide 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy when you purchase a product, please contact us and return the product and we will work with you to provide a solution to your needs – either a refund of replacement.

Please keep in mind:

  • For damaged or defective products please contact support@horizon-wholesale.com, (or you may contact your sales rep. directly) within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
  • We require that the customer contact us within 30 days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange. A 10% restocking fee will be added for products returned after the 48 hour window.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unopened and untampered condition.
  • Horizon Wholesale does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise. All orders are thoroughly inspected by Horizon Wholesale and adequately packaged before shipment.
  • Horizon Wholesale will not reship a returned item for any reason.
  • For refund: You should expect to receive your refund within a week after we receive the returned product. Please have patience.
  • For exchange: Any exchanged product will be sent to you AFTER the returned product is received.
